
SPRY (Strengthening Performance in Retirement Years) is a senior fitness program designed specifically for older and elderly adults. Recognizing that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, SPRY develops and maintains a quality of life through its focus on a balanced approach of the five physical qualities of the body: Mobility, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Endurance. SPRY also values the intangible benefits of a holistic fitness approach and the impact on the emotional, social, intellectual, physical, and vocational components of wellness. By carefully blending and balancing these parts, we are able to breathe new life into tired bodies and in the end, watch a new and better person emerge.
Our goal is to create a new attitude for all of our clients; to keep them well and to establish an attitude where they can understand and appreciate the aging process and live life more fully, happily and completely.
